CEO

Mohinder Sikka Mr. Sikka leads Sensitel's strategy and day to day operations, helping set new standards for consumer experience, enterprise mobility and sales performance. Prior to founding Sensitel in 2005, MS held senior leadership positions with NaturipeFarms, a CPG company, GenuOne, a provider of anti-counterfeiting solutions acquired by OpSec Security and i2 Technologies, a supply chain software company acquired by JDA Software. Over his career, MS has brought multiple innovative solutions to market such as Prestigious Automotive News PACE Award winning vehicle sequencing solution, Mill scheduling solutions and RFID infrastructure software.

MS graduated as a Master of Engineering from Boston University and received his BS from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). MS is a founding member of RFID Security Alliance and a member of BioSupply Risk Management Committee.

Jatinder Arora, PhD

Dr. Arora is an innovator in the field of Life sciences and helps develop solutions for BioPharmaceuticals and Medical devices industries.

Prior to Sensitel, Dr. Arora served as a project scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Labs, Berkeley ( LBNL). Jatinder also conducted advanced Oncology research as a post doctoral fellow at Dana Farber Research Institute, Harvard Medical School, Boston.

Dr Arora is an expert on Bioinformatics and genetic data analysis. Jatinder's current focus is on optimization of clinical trials and strengthening of Biotech Supply Chains.
